Who โ€” or what โ€” is Clickharborr?

Short answer: An independent answers desk for UK mobile. No horse in the race.

UK mobile is genuinely confusing on purpose: four networks, a dozen renting brands, deals that expire mid-sentence and small print that bends big words. Clickharborr exists to be the unhurried friend at the kitchen table โ€” answering how it all works, pointing out the catch, and gaining nothing whichever network you pick. We sell nothing, earn from no operator, and print no prices that could rot into lies.

What will Clickharborr never do?

  • Sell anything โ€” no SIMs, no phones, no contracts, no commissions, no referral links.
  • Touch an account โ€” we cannot see, open or change any network account, and never ask to.
  • Take payments โ€” no card details, bank transfers or "processing fees", ever. Anyone doing so in our name is a criminal โ€” report them.
  • Take network money โ€” no operator pays us, ranks us, or sees a word before you do.

How are the answers written?

  1. Public, official sources

Network documentation, regulator publications, industry reporting โ€” cross-checked against each other.

  2. Structure over numbers

We explain how fees and offers are built, and leave live figures to the only places that keep them current: official sites and apps.

  3. Dated checks

Every page carries its check date โ€” July 2026 across the site โ€” because stale facts should announce themselves.

  4. Corrections welcomed

Spot something outdated? Tell us โ€” we'd rather be corrected than wrong.

Want a human, not a webpage?

Ring or WhatsApp and ask your question out loud โ€” coverage, switching, a deal you're not sure about, a bill that stalled, a call that smelt fishy. We'll talk it through in plain English.

Calls: standard landline rate (020), usually inside your inclusive minutes. WhatsApp: free on your data. We give general guidance only โ€” we can't open or touch any network account, and we NEVER ask for passwords, one-time codes, banking or card details.
