Three and cancellation and complaints
Three remains a distinct mobile brand after the combination of Three UK and Vodafone UK. Your existing Three agreement, rather than a group announcement, determines your individual terms.
For a Three account, read the term and notice in the current agreement and use Three for written confirmation. Keep a copy of the plan summary and any Go Roam wording that belongs to your account.
The terms that matter are those attached to your own service. An independent information line cannot view the account or confirm an individual balance, eligibility or coverage outcome.
Questions worth writing down.
Check the minimum term, notice and any separate device balance. For a service dispute, document dates and the outcome requested.
- Which document or provider page states the rule for this specific account?
- Does the handset, postcode, destination or start date change the answer?
- What happens after the current term or allowance ends?
Ask the provider for written confirmation and its formal complaints route if the issue remains unresolved.
Use the verified route.
Keep a copy of the plan summary and any Go Roam wording that belongs to your account.
For a change to service, a replacement SIM, a complaint or cancellation, contact Three through its own verified account or help channel. We can talk through general information without requesting credentials.
